At Oaklin, we are committed to respecting your privacy. This Privacy Notice is designed to describe to you the basis for the collection, storage and processing of your personal data and information, which includes personal data we collect directly from you, obtained from LinkedIn or which is otherwise provided by you and (where appropriate) relevant third parties (“Personal information”) relevant to your application for the position within Oaklin (“Role”).

Please read the following carefully.

First of all, we have asked New Minds Resourcing Limited (www.new-minds.co.uk) (“New Minds”) to operate on our behalf when hiring for this role. New Minds will be working closely with our Hiring Manager to ensure we find the best possible Candidate to fill the Role.

New Minds will retain, store, manage and otherwise process your Personal Information using the industry-respected web-based Breezy Platform (https://breezy.hr/features/candidate-management) (“Breezy”) to facilitate the recruitment process. As part of that process Breezy will be used to store and process your Personal Information in accordance with instructions from us and New Minds.

As part of the recruitment process for the Role, your Personal Information will be used by both Oaklin & New Minds to determine whether or not you are a good fit for this specific Role. However, you may also be considered for other relevant positions within our business, but you will be approached again for your additional consent if we think you might be suitable.

New Minds will hold on to your Personal Information in this way and for these purposes for up to 12 months from the date of your consent. If it turns out that New Minds would like to keep it available for longer they will reach out to you for your additional consent first. If you do not give additional consent your Personal Information will be deleted within a further fourteen days.

Lastly, if at any point you'd like New Minds to remove or amend your Personal Information, or to share it with you, please just let them know by emailing privacy@new-minds.co.uk and provide full details.
